Linear Line
At high speeds, our Linear Conveyer System applies factory finish to a variety of substrate, consistently coating edge to edge, end to end. After coating, materials are conveyed through an infrared oven for rapid, even drying. Once out of the oven, materials are placed on racks until packaging.
Reciprocating Sprayer
Our Reciprocating Spray Machine is astoundingly precise. With four reciprocating spray guns that apply finish in over-lapping waves, we are able to expertly coat a variety of substrates up to 52″ in width.
Spray Booth
Our fine-finish techs are well-trained and skillful in the application of a variety of coating types, possessing great pride in their work. They work to maintain a dust-controlled environment, removing the risk of contamination. Product does not leave the booth without adhering to our high-quality standards.
